Founder & Principal Trainer

With over 15 years of experience in language education, Annie Ma'am founded Radiant Academy with a simple belief: everyone deserves the confidence to express themselves fluently in English.

Her unique teaching methodology combines practical communication skills with personality development, ensuring students not only learn the language but also transform their overall confidence.

Having trained over 2,500 students from diverse backgrounds - from college students preparing for placements to working professionals aiming for international careers - Annie Ma'am understands that each learner is unique.

2010

The Beginning

Radiant Academy started in a small classroom with just 10 students and a big dream of making quality English education accessible.

2013

First 500 Graduates

Reached the milestone of 500 successful students. Introduced IELTS training program with first 7+ band achiever.

2016

Corporate Training Wing

Launched corporate training services. Partnered with major IT companies in Kochi for employee communication training.

2019

Online Classes Launch

Expanded to online teaching, reaching students across India and abroad. YouTube channel reached 10,000 subscribers.
